"Worst agent ever my car broke down in Camp Verde roadside service towed my car its a hybrid none of the mechanic shops in Camp Verde are capable of servicing a hybrid vehicle my car was towed and left at 1 of these mechanic shops even the tow truck driver knew that none of the shops service hybrids but it's State Farms policy to tow to nearest shop not nearest shop that can repair your car... I was abandoned with no way to get my car repaired the next day when I went to the office to find out how my car was going to get to a repair shop was told that road service is not run by state farm and its thier subcontractors fault Mike couldn't even come out of his office to speak to me he just yelled I'll file a complaint. No help at all... was never offered a solution to get my car to a shop that can repair it ... now I have to pay to have my car towed to a shop that can repair it.... DONT DEAL WITH THIS AGENT FIND ANOTHER ONE"
